Conceptual Landscape Design - DIY
Our Team will create a professional vision for your garden, exterior space that you can build yourself (DIY project). Usually this is the best option for the front yard, or backyard for usual size that you will be able to install over a few week. For Professional Installation, permitting incl. HOA it is recommended to chose Option B - Exclusive Landscape Design (Complete Landscape Design).
Based on original wished, the provided Questionnaire, pictures, plot map and house drawings (measurements provided by client) we will create a Conceptual Landscape Design vision (1 page);
Conceptual designated spaces, Hardscape and Planting Plan selection;
Landscape Design presentation meeting where we will present drawing, explain concept, go over hardscape and planting plan options, where to get materials, plants on discounted prices for you to get the best value-budget;
This option does not include technical drawings, schedules, calculations, Project management, construction supervision, budget analysis (refer to Exclusive Landscape Design Option)
Expected delivery time: 1-2 weeks;
Price: Hand sketch 499$ (private gardens up to 5000 sq.ft.)

Exclusive Landscape Design + Possible BUILD (incl. Permits)
Our Team will create professional vision of your garden, with set of drawings, 3D, schedules, specifications for professional installation with our licensed installation team or with your contractor if you wish. Choose this option if you have HOA.
A complete set of drawings (computer) for garden design and installation based on the provided Questionnaire and meeting notes. This includes technical drawings and specifications: Base Plan of Existing Condition, Conceptual Design, Master Plan, Hardscape Plan, Demolition Plan, Grading Plan, Drainage Plan, Irrigation Plan, Lighting Plan, Planting Plan, Special Design Details, Schedules, Specifications, and Exact Comprehensive Budget before installation; In case we do Construction, we will provide Project Management and Timeline for installation processes;
3D visualizations and video walk through (for Construction budget 100k+);
Preparation of precise budget for the landscape construction: LASD Studio is only one company in California that poseses a unique relevant software developed since 2019 inhouse that allows us to create a very detailed estimation for the construction phase with no mistakes;
1 revision (included) of the Conceptual Design included in original proposal, additional revisions will be billed based on office hour base;
Expected delivery time: 1-3 months, depends on complexity of the project. For example: Some of our large scale projects (30+ acres) might take up to 1-2 years.
